We want our garments to fit and protect and you to love them.
As cyclists we have a desire to wear and sell good kit that you can trust. If you find that you are not happy with ANY Galibier product or would prefer a different size, Please return it to us for a fast resolution. 6 days a week, we send out garments returned for resizing within one hour of arriving back to us. ALL refunds are also processed with goodwill, same day. In 2017 our combined returns for re-sizing and refunds were 1.3% of sales.
We post fast and free. We aim to retail at the lowest price possiable and operate a lean profit margin- so the customer pays for return post.
Please send it back to us with original documentation and in an UNUSED, re-saleable condition within 3 months.
Please check that the item is in good condition and fits you before using it.
We trade honestly.
We also sell honestly. If you feel the product has not performed as you expected, please send back for a refund. we love it and we want you to love it too.
Returning Your Product
We’ve tried to make our returns process as easy as possible.
Write on the back of the delivery invoice and tell us which items you are returning, why you’re returning them and whether you want a refund, replacement or an exchange.
Carefully pack the items you’re returning, along with the delivery note and reuse original postal bag .

As we ship our products free, return items are at the customers expense.
Please choose a preferred delivery company and send the package back to the returns address. To avoid customs charges for returned goods. Please make sure you mark your package with: “Goods Returned Under Warranty”.
